Our puppies are raised next to sheep and lambs, goats, pigs, and poultry. They have daily exposure to various sounds, sights, and objects, using Puppy Culture as a template.  They are kept up to date on vaccines and heartworm medication (Simparica Trio) started at an appropriate age.  
At four weeks old, the pups began daily field trips to the pasture to be around the livestock and live with livestock full time beginning at 6 weeks old. 
Pups live with related and unrelated adults for continued mentoring and after weaning rotate between sheep/goats, pigs, or poultry pens.
